Dagmar M. Pollex – Background & Experience
Dagmar M. Pollex is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A., Mathematics) and the Northeastern University Law School (J.D., 1974). She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar (1974), the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (1977) and the Supreme Court of the United States (1985).
Experience
We concentrate in comprehensive life and estate planning for individuals and their families, including trusts and estates, gifts, charitable planning, coordination of retirement and estate planning, planning for long-term care needs, asset protection and planning for family businesses.
Dagmar is a contributing author of the book, Love, Money and Control, published in February 2004, and has taught and spoken on many estate planning topics in continuing education seminars for financial advisors and CPA’s, as well as for the public.
