Directions to Our Office
Our office is located just off I-93 (Route 128) in Braintree Hill Park.
(near the South Shore Plaza)
From West of Boston:
Traveling from I-95 (Rt. 128) North, continue on I-93 North.
Take exit 6 for Rt. 37; turn left at end of exit and travel to second traffic light. (Sovereign Bank is on the right) Turn right at this traffic light into Braintree Hill Office Park. We are in 45 Braintree Hill Park, Suite 102 at the top of the hill.
From South of Boston:
From Rt. 3, continue onto I-93S (also known as 95N and 128N). Immediately get into the far right lane, and take exit 6 for Rt. 37. Stay in left lane off the exit and take a left at light at the bottom of the ramp (towards Willard Street, Quincy). At first traffic light (Sovereign Bank, Men’s Wearhouse and Kinko’s on the right), turn right into Braintree Hill Office Park. We are at the top of the hill in 45 Braintree Hill Park, Suite 102.
From North of Boston:
Take I-93S ( South East Expressway) Bear right at fork towards Braintree and continue on I-93S to exit 6, Rt. 37; at the end of the exit there is a traffic light; turn left (towards Willard Street, Quincy). Almost immediately, there is another traffic light; travel to the 2d light (Sovereign Bank will be on your right, as well as a sign that says, “Braintree Hill Office Park”), turn right into Braintree Hill Office Park. We are in Suite 102 at 45 Braintree Hill Park, at the top of the hill.
Hello: I’m an estate planning attorney in Newton, and have a client who will be leaving 20% of her estate ($500K) to a pet trust. She also wants to allow the caregivers to live in the house. The caregivers can live in the house even after the pets die.
My thought is to put the house in a separate trust, not into the pet trust.
